Red Light Therapy Sauna and Ice Bath. A private contrast therapy ritual moving between infrared heat and cold immersion, designed to bring the body into a steady, restorative rhythm. Begin with the warmth of infrared heat, followed by cold immersion and moments of transition between each round. Your 60 minute private session includes an infrared sauna, ice bath, shower, and carefully considered amenities, in a private suite, entirely yours for the duration.

Therapeutic Massage
A restorative full body massage using warm oils and slow, considered strokes to ease tension, calm the nervous system and bring the body back to balance.
30 minutes $90 A focused treatment on one or two key areas, such as the back, neck or shoulders.
60 minutes $150 Full body, or a targeted focus on the area that needs it most.
90 minutes $200 Full body with extended time, including the hands and feet.
Deep Tissue Massage
Firm, focused pressure that reaches into deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue, easing chronic tightness and restoring freedom of movement.
30 minutes $90 A focused treatment on one or two key areas of chronic tension.
60 minutes $150 Full body, or a targeted focus on the area that needs it most.
90 minutes $200 Full body with extended time spent on stubborn knots and tight spots.

Sports & Recovery Massage
A dynamic treatment for active bodies, combining deep tissue work, trigger point therapy and assisted stretching to support performance, recovery and injury prevention.

Prenatal, Pregnancy & Postpartum Massage
A gentle, nurturing treatment designed for pre and post-natal bodies, releasing tension, improving circulation and easing swelling, leaving you grounded and relaxed. Massaged with pure Rarotonga coconut oil, warmed and infused with local oils.
60 minutes $175 Full body massage to ease tension and support circulation.
90 minutes $225 Full body massage with an optional belly scrub to hydrate and refresh the skin.

Vaerua Massage
Vaerua, meaning spirit, combines our restorative face massage with buccal massage, an intraoral technique that works inside the cheeks to release deep tension in the jaw. Rooted in myofascial release and lymphatic drainage, it reduces puffiness, sculpts the facial contours and supports natural detoxification. Performed using pure Rarotonga tamanu, coconut and locals oils, chosen for their nourishing, restorative qualities.
75 minutes $290 Face massage combined with buccal massage for deeper jaw and tension release.
A gentle, non invasive alternative to more aggressive cosmetic treatments, best enjoyed as an ongoing ritual.
