Do I Need to Add Heat?

How to Use Your Wrap
Apply cold-pressed castor oil to the organic cotton inner layer of the wrap or directly to your skin.
Position the wrap comfortably around your abdomen.
Secure using the adjustable Velcro straps and adjust until comfortably snug.
Add a heating pad to the front pouch if desired – this is completely optional.
Wear your castor oil body wrap for at least one hour or overnight, depending on your preference.
After use, soak and rinse the wrap to remove excess oil, then machine wash as required.
Your wrap is completely reusable, making it an easy addition to your regular self-care routine.
Because castor oil is naturally thick, we recommend soaking and rinsing the wrap before putting it through your washing machine. This helps remove excess oil and keeps your wrap ready for its next use.
